I am a Tulsa Oklahoma based artist and
have been producing mostly portraits for
the last ten years. I am new to Tulsa having
only been here only a few months. I am
currently expanding my collection of work
to included still life art, as well as some of
my own original works. I work mostly in
oil on canvas but I am experimenting with
other mediums and working surfaces.

About me: Octavious Gillespie
I love my day job. I am currently a track and Field coach for the
University of Tulsa Golden Hurricane. I graduated from UCLA
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003. I am still competing in track
and field and I compete for my native country of Guatemala. I hold
the Guatemalan national records for the Javelin and the Decathlon.
